Mr. Dodds was very friendly and thorough. We created an estate plan with trusts that will simplify access to assets for my children. Mr. Dodds explained all the details carefully to be sure we understood.

We like the fact that Mark fully listened to our needs in updating our Trust since we relocated to Nevada from another state. He clearly explained what needed to be updated and what we did not have to update given the differences in some of the Nevada trust laws as compared to the state where we previously lived.

Brandon Leavitt is by far the most incredible attorney I have ever known - and I've known quite a few, having worked as a Paralegal for 15 years. He is unbelievably efficient - as soon as a document could be prepared, forwarded to me, and received back, he had it delivered to the Court for entry. I got my divorce in 6 weeks from start to finish. I didn't even have to appear at a hearing, which would have cost me a day's worth of pay. Most incredulous of all is that, according to an issue that came up this weekend with my now ex-husband, had Brandon not concluded my divorce as soon as he did, I would have been been in the same legal predicament that my ex-husband got himself into. Brandon was fantastic. My ex was trying to get primary custody of our son and move out of state. Brandon is the reason I now have joint physical custody and my son remained in Las Vegas! He had intimate knowledge of the Family Court system (having worked there) and was extremely skilled at navigating a lot of the red tape. For instance he notified me about the option of Pre-emptive challenge to throw out the initially assigned judge. Very instrumental in my case (got rid of the initial judge who was not "dad-friendly"). He was always responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. He was always sensitive to the cost and never intentionally did things to cost me more. I have recommended Brandon to other friends of mine. And they had the same experience that I had. If you have to fight in Family Court, Brandon Leavitt is a guy you can go into battle with!
