Over the prior few years I have received valuable counsel from Robert and his firm pertaining to various real estate transactions that I was involved in. However, Robert’s representation in a lawsuit that was filed against me involving multiple parties and multiple real estate related issues was exceptional. I was wrongfully sued and Robert worked diligently to get the other side to see that their case had no merit and to drop their suit. However, they were determined to proceed to court. Accordingly, Robert prepared a detailed and well supported response outlining the facts and detailing the law and why the case should simply be dismissed. Based on the response that Robert filed for me, the judge was convinced and ruled in my favor dismissing the case outright. Robert's assistance getting this matter resolved was a great relief and saved me considerable time and money. I would recommend Robert to anyone needing day-to-day real estate counsel or needing representation in more complex legal litigation!
