Jennifer is an amazing lawyer and I came to know her through my husband and all the great work she has done for him in his divorce case. She also is helping him with a custody issue and a lawsuit. She is a fighter in the courtroom and she doesn’t back down. She always responds back to our questions even though I know she’s off working her butt off for another client. This lawyer works hard and I mean she works around your schedule and accommodates you in anyway she can. She’s helping me with my bankruptcy case, and it’s been reasonably priced and a smooth process from start to finish, will be decided on any day now. Jen is a very good attorney she understands family law really good and she knows about custody case when we went to court together she told me the ups and downs about this case we just had to hire high hopes she’s a very good lawyer and she’s very smart every time I called her about a question she answered the phone she got me primary physical custody the first court hearing of my two children to be moved to Idaho and she is awesome she has good deals she has good clients who are working with her This law firm is awesome I recommend anybody who can use this law firm please go to Jen she’s very sweet And she’s very aggressive in court

After meeting with Patrick multiple times over the year leading to securing him, Patrick did lead me to believe he cared about me and my case and would work hard for me. He always maintained a focus on "the kids." This proved to be to misdirect. I had two different meetings with Patrick before an emergency custody hearing. Each time Patrick was too busy to focus. Interrupted constantly by his assistant yelling through the office, answering calls, and e-mails. I was concerned, but felt stuck as a hearing date for custody was approaching. On the day of the hearing, Patrick showed up last, was unprepared and unfamiliar with the facts of my case. Saying to the judge, "hold on let me get my notes out," as he pulled his notes up on his computer. (Video Court Hearing) I lost custody and was ordered a large amount of support because Patrick presented no argument in my defense. I had to speak up for myself in court as Patrick would not say anything other than recommending counseling, Which ultimately led to the Judge chastising me for speaking during court. The judge even chastised Patrick during our hearing for his actions. Patrick was supposed to be my advocate and failed to speak or fight on my behalf beyond repeating the same statement of recommending counseling for the children over and over. Ultimately, I secured another attorney who helped me secure a favorable outcome and joint custody of my children. Patrick refused to forward my case documents to my new attorney, denied my calls and messages or attempt to contact him to return my retainer, and one of his last statements to me was, "I love my job and what I get paid to do it." I would not recommend Patrick as I feel he overpromises, under delivers, and just doesn't care about the real lives of his clients or their situations because he's paid well to do it. In my humble opinion.

I cannot thank Jason enough for all he did for me in my injury case! He was available for me when I needed him and spent as much time as I needed explaining the process. I didn't like the first doctor that my general practitioner referred me to after getting my X-rays and Jason was able to get me in with a great doctor who fixed my back perfectly! He was also able to negotiate more than I had anticipated receiving in my settlement. Very grateful to have had my friend recommend him to me!

Due to my income I was sure I would have file a Chapter 13. But after a consolation and going over my finances she was able to a Chapter 7 for me at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to declare bankruptcy.
