I normally don't write reviews, but I felt like it was necessary in this case. I was in a car accident back in December of 2021, and from the very first day I reached out and called them, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My attorney Eric Marshall and his team checked in on me regularly, made sure I got the care I needed quickly and promptly. Lacey one of his assistants was always just a call or text away, and often reached out to make sure I didn't need anything. JD was very kind and lively when speaking with her, and the secretary at the front desk always greeted me with a smile. They all worked hard to get my case settled quickly and I walked away stress free, because they handled everything for me from day 1!! I will hands down recommended them to anyone I know injured in an accident cause they take care of their clients and don't treat them like they are just dollar signs. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Eric Marshall is one of the most down to earth attorneys that I have ever met. Marshall injury Law is definitely the firm to use for any personal injuries. I was notified throughout the whole process and I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. That’s something that is hard to find. In addition to Eric himself, the staff is amazing as well. Lacey let me know everything going on and helped me whenever I needed anything. Reception was kind and welcoming when I went into the firm. A personal injury takes a toll on someone and the staff here understand that and are very empathetic. I could go on for hours about why I recommend this firm.

Around the time of September 2021, I got T-boned in my neighborhood and my car was deemed a total loss..I suffered from neck and back pain due to the accident and also the loss of my new vehicle. I felt so frustrated, lost, and didn’t know what to do.. but then my good friend Tyler suggested that I get in contact with Eric Marshall (who he’s went to before as well). I was of course hesitant at first because any type of dealing with a lawyer already sounds like a headache, right? But I took that chance with Eric Marshall and his team and I do not regret my decision at all!! Eric meets with you face to face which is so comforting in my opinion. Eric and Lacey (my first point of contact throughout the case) sat with me and explained to me the process and after that first meeting, I was immediately sent into treatment for my injuries. I love that they focus on getting you better, and I really do love that you don’t really deal with any of the “case” stuff. I’ll be honest, it’s quite a long wait for the entire process but it is well worth the wait. Patience really is a virtue when it comes to this type of situation. After my treatments and some months of waiting, I finally got a call from Lacey to let me know that the process was finally done! I met with Eric one last time and I was extremely happy and satisfied with our end results!! I highly recommend anyone and everyone to go with Eric in these types of situations. I can’t say enough how thankful I am for him and his team and how grateful I took a chance with them.

Mr. Marshall, Miss Lacey and Miss JD were all so very nice and professional. They took care of everything for me and streamlined the whole process while I had treatment.
