I had a car accident a few years ago and I hired a well known law firm. They took so long to answer any questions, so long to close the case, I was not happy at all. I recently was involved in another car accident and decided to look for a different law firm. I called around and got a word with a few attorneys and I didn't feel they were prepared, maybe even lack of knowledge and empathy. I came across GINA CORENA. I requested to speak with her directly and I was transferred on the spot. I explained my situation and right away I knew I had to hire her. Gina was kind, friendly, empathetic, she took the time to explain the process, what to expect and how she would handle the case in the best and worst scenario. I love it! As soon as I signed the retainer Kaity was assigned to my case. Let me tell you! This girl is on fire!!!! Within a few hours she made some calls, got some statements, she was very familiar with the case, she had a rental car ready for me the next day. I was so surprised with her knowledge on the case, with the insurance and even the coverages. The next day I had a notary came to my door to sign a few more documents. What a service!!! Amazing!!! No need to drive anywhere. Within a week I had seen the chiropractor, the pain doctor and got the issue resolved with my car. I am so amazed on how Gina and her team are handling my case!
