I truly do not understand how Gina Corena received 5 star reviews. I personally sent referrals her way, and the customer service experience that was received was so unprofessional. Gina is never available after she decides to take your case and pulls you in with all of the promises of what she is going to do for you as her clients and handling your case. Gina knew this case had special circumstances. You would think that you are going to have the one on one experience with your attorney and you're speaking to her assistant (s) that does NOT know law nor can give you a straight answer is unacceptable. Then they made it seem as if you are harassing them when you are just looking for a true direct answer. I referred my daughter-n-law to Ms. Corena's office and she could never get straight solid answers from Gina's assistant and then when she asked to set up a meeting with Gina she is always busy, in court and or just unavailable. After several phone calls with Ms Corena's office and her assistant no one could answer simple questions about the case over the phone. Ok. when you are truly looking for clarity instead of Gina being totally honest about the reason for taking her case in the first. Gina assistant was the person you get each time and she was very nasty. Gina assistant then set an appointment up with my daughter-n-law with the impression that she was finally going to have a sitdown with Gina the attorney she hired to voice her concerns, she was brought into a conference room to tell her that Gina is dropping her as a client and cannot move forward with her case. Really? I mean, how unprofessional was that Gina had plenty of time to handle this case. My daughter-n-law took early lunch from work, was late coming back from lunch and was so excited to finally get to talk face to face with Gina only to be told by Gina's assistant that sorry we are dropping you as a client. Gina still isn't available. Just a few weeks ago Gina informed us that she was NOT accepting responsibility for the accident after receiving the police report and she was going to request all this information from the police department to decide to just give up and drop us like we were just a piece of trash. Gina knew the special circumstances first hand but instead of doing her job as an attorney she dropped her as a client with no direction, no explanation on how these doctors are going to be compensated for all these appointments that she was sent to for medical treatment no direction on how any reimbursements was going to be taking care of. Gina office waited 2 months to just drop her. These attorneys have you believing in them and feeling that everything is going to be handled to just leave you in the cold , helpless and stressed out when it's to much work to be done on the case Gina jumped ship. God bless them. I know it more people that feel the same way.

Hands down the best law firm in town. Especially Mahna is the best lawyer. She helped me with my case until we were able to win my case. I'm glad I found this law firm after firing my previous attorney. I came to Gina corena & associates for a consultation. After spending a few minutes with them, I knew this was the right place. Edith was also very helpful and always kept me up to date with their progress. I recommend this firm 100%.

Thanks to the whole office of Gina Corena. Manha been there for me all times. I do thanks Eva and Edith for the assistance in any way. Only thing it is that I have been under a lot of stress and couldn't explain myself due to misunderstanding in some situations. But overall I'm happy with Gina Corena and associates. I want to give thanks to Gina Corena and Associates. From the minute that I walked in I felt a sense of comfort. Mahna is an amazing attorney that fought hard for me and my family. Edith went above and beyond in assisting me through my case and resolving several issues. Every time I called, Edith was responsive, kind and understanding.
