I suppose if the law firm doesn't like what I have written they will refute. *****A vehicle pulled out in front of me in December 2021 which was not my fault. I was injured but thankfully not severe. The other driver had insurance to cover fault which is a blessing these days. Contrary to popular belief, many folks in the Las Vegas area drive without insurance. I do carry liability of course and drive older reliable vehicles. First of all, I received 2-3 times more for my "totaled" vehicle than I thought I would. That probably had a lot to do with the so called car shortage. Secondly, the firm compensated themselves 28% less than what I received and almost 8% of that was their administrative fees/cost in doing business of my case. I didn't mean to confuse anyone with all the math and I don't believe my case was a really big fight for the firm but I just have to say THESE GUYS WERE GREAT!! I discovered them on Google after telling myself it probably is not good to use a firm that spends way too much money on daily TV advertising that shows attorneys arriving to work in Bentleys.... These guys were very fair because they took less that I received and could have paid the firm the same amount as me for pain, suffering & aggravation.... Gina Corena's office was also the fastest to get back with me on a weekend and get me the answer that they would accept my case just after a few pictures of my car and my black and blue abdominal area, etc. I hope if you need an attorney my information is helpful Thank you Gina Corena & Associates.
