Run run run away as fast as you can. Went through 5 attorneys in less than a year for Workman comp case. They can't keep staff. Then fired us as a client because I called them out on their wrong doings.

If you’re fight promenade comp DO NOT GO THROUGHT THEM!! They’re the worst lawyers I’ve ever seen!! They wanted nothing to do with me in the beginning and middle!! They avoided my phone called and no call back until I moved back to Las Vegas from Michigan! I have spoken to many lawyers and should have switched but I didn’t want to pay two lawyers!! So if I were you I’d take my injury to a better law firm!! My deposition sitting in front of my lawyer David Moore and the attorney for homeowners was such a waste of time the lawyer David Moore was playing with his phone swing it around, and nothing to say the whole time I was talking to their home owners lawyer! Then the threats came through if I didn’t sign for the vocational buy out, meaning workmen comp pays for me to find a different job opportunity, then the homeowners would be put on the back burner! They’re the worst attorneys to have in Las Vegas!! They take over half and here I am suffering from the pain and not able to find a job!! Take your LAWSUIT some place else where!! They may win but will take more of the %! They’re greedy and don’t truly help you! I had to find my own way to my appointments even though they told me workmen comp would help, in other words I had to get ahold of my workmen comp nurse sarah to help me! They do not get back to you until it’s pay day for them!! I really wish I would have taken my lawsuit elsewhere!! I even told them about my back, they truly didn’t care even thought that could have been more money in their pocket! Honestly I wished I’d picked some other law firm and had better lawyers backing me, then some greedy aholes that only cared about their pockets!! They didn’t care I missed one appointment thank heaven I called the doctor and got another appointment schedule before the ten days or workmen comp would have dropped it! I complained about being harassed at work for not being able to complete work task, my lawyers didn’t care!! I ended up quitting that job cause they wanted me do things my doctor didn’t and it became to much! They DONT LISTEN TO YOU AS A VICTIM, they just want your money and another one on the bored they won!! They take weeks to call back to answer one question you have! PLEASE PICK A DIFFERENT LAWFIRM THIS ONE ISN’T WORTH IT!!

Lady on Charleston pulled out of a shopping center for no reason and clipped two cars and then slammed into my truck. T-bone my truck. Neck and back in pain. Ed Bernstein has been handling the case. Only thing is I wish they woukd expedite my case a tad bit faster. Been in a 4 week limbo. Ill keep you updated on any progress.
