Shook & Stone is the best in the valley. They helped me with my car accident case. While driving in Pahrump Nevada was hit by a driver that was on her cellphone while driving. Very happy with the outcome.

So far it's been a sub par experience.. doesn't call me back when they say they're going to and then the intake person has her kid yelling.

I can't even get a response regarding my direct deposit. After being assured by James, their office would assist me. Due to my cancer I'm unable to speak for period of time. NOW I FIND OUT I HAVE BEEN "BLOCKED" BY PAOLA THE PERSON WHO WAS HANDLING MY CASE??? NOR WILL ANYONE ANSWER MY SIMPLE QUESTION EMAILED TO THE GENERAL ADDRESS.. I HOPE I DONT GET "BLOCKED" FROM IT AS WELL. IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CLIENTS??

Got my husband approved but he's really disabled. But no money to help with bills. Said I made to much. I know plenty of people who got their moneyw/ spouse working who make more than me. We have both only worked in Nevada. This is wrong. I have been working extra if possible. And now no time if I get sick. I'm stuck they got their money and want money from us. But we're poor and struggling
