I will never go anywhere else if I need a lawyer. They are the best. Raine Levinsohn is very easy to work with and gets right back to you if you have any questions. Kevin and Raine have made this process a lot easier for me. Like I said I will never go anywhere else.

I just want to thank Shook and Stone for their kindness and encouragement during such a DIFFICULT process! My case was complicated to say the least but they stayed in contact, gave timely updates, no unreasonable expectations projected and they ended up surprising me with a nice financial outcome! Happy that my case is settled but sad that I won’t be seeing them anymore!

Let me start by saying I got my disability approved and they had a hand in that and I am grateful.That being said I feel like communication was lackluster at best,once my new handler took over halfway through the case it was pretty much non existent.The assistant of the assistant handled my case from the beginning Arlene was her name and I want to acknowledge her hard work and dedication to my case for she did the majority of the work in my opinion.That being said it was a nail bitter some moments when I would reach out and not hear anything sometimes for days or weeks.Even in the end I didn't receive any contact from my case worker until after I paid a final bill with a Thank you for your business memo 🤦. Overall I felt like a case number and not a human being.

This has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced ! I’ve had 3 case workers with only one being good at her job and she was a supervisor. After not receiving return texts , phone calls , voicemails and complaining on multiple occasions regarding my first case worker the business FINALLY assigned a supervisor to my case. A very important paper was not filed on time and could have cost me a denial , the firm had to ask for a good faith filing because the first caseworker was incompetent at her job and they overlooked filing on time ( no surprise ). After having the supervisor assigned to my case things were much better until she moved on and then i was linked to ANOTHER incompetent case worker. They RARELY return calls, texts , messages left with secretary. You will have to call and ask to speak with a supervisor and then argue with her about why you are not receiving return calls and such. I’m assuming because they don’t get paid unless they win your case, they could care less about you and favor the folks that pay them up front. This is the worst business on planet earth and I’ve dealt with a lot of bad business over the years. If you choose to do business with this firm, all i can say is GOOD LUCK !!!! You would be better off taking a hammer and smashing your hand about 50 times. That would be less painful than dealing with these people !!!
