**DO NOT HIRE** READ ENTIRE POST Hired Brady Davies, an attorney with this firm for a workers comp case in November of 2023. The last 5 months have been nothing but a waste of time. Extremely poor communication, numerous emails were sent to his case managers, with no responses. Physical Therapy was supposed to occur months ago, as April 17th 2024 still no PT. Have spent the last several months explaining the problems and issues that are occurring with my knee. 4 doctors with 4 different diagnosis. Numerous work comp and employment issues have occurred. To date my employer has not been following my work restrictions, numerous emails sent to Brady and his case managers, nothing...Almost 6 months and no treatment or resolve regarding the injury to my knee. Received a phone call today 4/17/24 from Brady, he is withdrawing from my case. Was told and I quote " reading the writting on the wall this case will be a very low settlement case, its not financially worth pursuing it, its not fair to charge you a large fee, with a very low settlement." He also stated "it will be a clean break, and I wont charge you anything." We shall see.... So basically I was dropped because in their eyes its not financially worth it, and its not a big money case for them. Thanks for waisting my time and absolutely nothing over the last 6 months..
