I hired John midway into my custody trial and immediately before the commencement of the evidentiary hearings. John was able to come up to speed quickly, identify the important details in a complex, highly contested case and he was able to preserve the court's focus on the important details instead of the smoke and mirrors put out by the opposing counsel. John was firm without being overbearing, he focused on the facts and was able to present my case in a clear and direct manner. He was quick on his feet and was able to argue effectively. Opposing counsel consisted of two highly regarded family law attorneys and he was able to deflect their attacks easily and gracefully.

There is nothing more stressful or life consuming than a child custody case. Literally handing your life and that of your child over to an attorney and a judge and trusting them to do the right thing for your family is heartbreaking at times. So you want to be sure you’re choosing someone who you believe in to work hard and represent you the way you should be represented, no matter what you come up against. John Kelleher and his team are the ones you want. I promise you. Through a year and a half of motion after motion, and hearing after hearing, and paperwork that seemed never ending, they never once dropped the ball. Never once did they not return a call or an email or fail to answer a question. And when it came to trial, a situation where generally no one feels at ease and everyone is on edge, they were calm and focused and supportive. At the end of my case, I didn’t feel like there was one thing they could have done better or differently. My son and I are together and happy and can live our lives to the fullest again because of John and his team at Kelleher and Kelleher.

I went to this firm 4 years ago now when I was in dire need of help having emigrated from the UK to the USA and having found myself in a very scary situation and trying to get my daughter from her father. Without going in to too much detail this was one of the only law firms that agreed to help me (and did so) and allowed me to pay over the years in installments, which I have almost paid down. My case was lengthy and more so complicated. I was and remain extremely grateful for all their hard work and representation. John runs a firm with very respectful and genuine staff. I have kept in touch with them over the years and feel safe knowing I can go to John (which I have) with questions or concerns if any problems happen to arise. I now have peace of mind for the future, as well as a good outcome for my custody case that took place in 2011.
