I had a car accident last year that involved 3 cars, the one at fault was under the influence... I didn’t know what to do, I was panicking tbh... but the good thing is my friend’s friend recommended me to Brittany Young, and I’m glad I went to her! She’s amazing! After talking to her, she explained me all the procedures and what will be done. She recommended me to a great chiropractor cause of my back injuries and she took care of everything that I needed, from my car rental fees, medical etc. She always kept me on the loop of what’s going with my case, answered all my email efficiently and especially kept me updated with the at fault insurance company... they were quite stingy and hard to work with... but at the end of it, Brittany did more than I’ve expected! I’ve been to an accident before few years ago and went to a different firm that I feel like didn’t care much about me... I thought it was going to be the same, but with CPK Associates they went far and beyond! I was not expecting the outcome of my case being like that and I’m so happy. Yesterday my case is officially over and got my check, all I can really say is THANK YOU BRITTANY FOR EVERYTHING! And of course everyone there at the CPK Associates! Amazing firm and everyone is so welcoming and nice! Especial shout to the lady at the front desk as well, such a sweet women! Will defiantly go here again and to Brittany if I get into another accident (hopefully not anytime soon) and I really, cannot stress this enough, I really recommend this place!

I have known Craig and the lawyers in his firm for over 20 years. What differentiates Craig Kenney and Associates is their commitment to their clients. It's not just a slogan. It's the way they treat their clients as members of their own family. This philosophy stems from Craig's own experiences with lawyers when members of his family died as children. I knew Craig when he started the firm and he made his philosophy very clear that he would always treat his clients like gold. This office has had the same attorneys for many years. They are stable and very good at what they do. I'm a lawyer in Arizona and refer cases to this firm . By the way, I was not asked to post a review. I did this because I feel strongly that this team is excellent..

Larry Mittin assisted me recently in a case in which I was being sued for far more than my policy amount. Like so many of these things, there was lots of posturing and strategic negotiation going on between my insurance company and the plaintiff, and of course everyone had a lawyer in their corner but me. It became clear that: a) I was a pawn in a game with which I had no experience; and b) I could come out the loser--the loss of time, money, peace of mind, etc. Not a fun experience. Larry came highly recommended by several attorney acquaintances around town ("he's a good guy," was the consensus), spent a full hour answering my questions in a no-cost initial consultation, and then explained a way forward in terms that I could understand. It all ended happily, as the insurance company was put on notice by Larry that I was being represented by him, that we knew the precedents, and that they were going to have to do right by me. They did, ultimately, do right, and I'm sure the legal pressure helped a lot. It should be mentioned that Larry was ultra-responsive by email. This is an important piece of the customer service puzzle when you're feeling vulnerable in a situation such as this.
