I might hire these people to fix a ticket but not for representation. I met with John Courtney and from what I can tell you, watch out! Dude wanted a ton of money just to tell me what I already know, the money wasn't a retainer fee it was money for his time on so called "legal analysis". Folks if you get tangled up with the law whether innocent or guilty, do your own research. The internet is full of cases you can look up, you do not need someone like Courtney to charge you a buttload of cash just to tell you what you should have known before you set foot in a lawyer's office. Another thing that bothered me was the profanity. When you see an attorney about fixing something wrong, the last thing you want to hear are a bunch of "fuku's" coming out of his mouth. No deal for me bro, get your act together Courtney and maybe you could be a decent attorney one day.

How do I say this diplomatically....Joshua Lucherini is an arrogant ASS and a disgrace to his profession! If you want someone who can handle your parking tickets he would probably be okay, anything else don't bother. He was dressed unprofessionally in a T-shirt and jeans, was a know-it-all, looked down on us, out-right insulted us for no reason, couldn't understand the things we were telling him about our situation and computer technology, so all he could say was "You can't hack into emails"! Riiiiiight! We burst out laughing, demanded our money back, got it and left! What a waste of time!

Joshua "RIPOFF" lucherin is the worst lawyer in las vegas his a RIPOFF he's a rat thief he rob me and my wife with all are insurence settlement all of it $30,000 dollars and he never gave as the explicatio letter of the expenses or a settlememt for as nothing he dint pay the doctors nothing he stolen everything after 4 years he send me a letter saying that he had a check for of $1500 dollars and he put a fake address on the letter i went there to look for the check because in the letter said to just go pick it up and the attendants in the front desk told me he dont work for as anymore and i show them the letters and they said we dont know y his putting are adress in he's letters when he dont work with as we so sorry that he did this we will contact him so he cant stop using are adress to ripooff people this the adress he put on the certifide letter he send me 3215 w.charleston blvd lasvegas nevada 89102 its call vegas ticket fix

The lawyer that handled my case did a great job. Unfortunately, the office is filled with useless staff. The staff and interns they have ruin the practice. Not even sure if the lawyers knows how bad their staff is. They are incompetent and just completely rude. The most unprofessional pracrice in las vegas!! As a former client you would think that when you call about questions, that it would get addressed and not told that it takes OVER 2 Weeks to get a answer????? That's how they treat former clients. Sent emails with no answer also!!! Waited for a answer, after 2 months...no answer. NO PAY, NO SERVICE! That's the impression I have gotten on more than 1 occasion AFTER paying. The first time I went into the practice, they couldn't make me change so I had to leave and get my own change as the front desk person was chomping on pizza. Lolol. I guess that should have been the first clue!
