I did not know where to start when I found myself going to family court for my newborn against the father that had actually done me physical harm. This place is a scam! I was referred by a friend, who later told me the lawyer paid him $500.00 for referring me. The case was a simple car accident/personal injury case. He took 3 years before we actually did anything with the case. He pushed for me to take a settlement and led me to believe that the settlement amount would be my payout minus the 30% for his part. In the end, he tried to pay me around $400...far less than what my share should have been from a $10,000 settlement. Then, he changed it to $700, which was still not even close to fair. Now, he is suing me because I'm disputing the calculations and he is claiming that the settlement is less than what is owed to him and to the medical offices. There's no way that an honest bill can magically change so much! This place is a scam
