Ben Leavitt has been my divorce attorney for on-going divorce challenges for roughly 2 years. In my time working with Ben, I’ve been incredibly impressed with his service and the full team at Leavitt Law Firm. When you’re dealing with the most important parts of your life including children, finances and emotional stress, having a strong team-member to manage the journey is critical, at minimum, and Ben has been that without fail. A few reasons that come to mind: Guidance – The team at Leavitt Law Firm have 30+ years of experience and collaborate team who partner together. Their insight allows them to quickly analyze individual situations, propose multiple options, and suggest recommendations based on client goals, Nevada law, and history of similar situations. The information allows for effective collaborating on the best course of action and quick decisions. Urgency – I’ve personally had multiple urgent needs regarding custody disputes, interpretation of Nevada law and finances. These are some of the most important things in my world, and having an attorney who responds / acts quickly has been beyond helpful. Financial – A two-part response: The team from the beginning proposed best case scenarios for my financial situation and recommended how to work with my former spouse in a way to maximize both of our well-being. I’ve appreciated that it’s clear Ben is looking out for my best financial interest and is one reason he has consistent cliental 2. Ben charges a more than fair rate for his service and honestly could charge more. He is transparent with billing and has taken very good care of me in this regard. Ethics – I have zero doubt Ben and team are operating in my best interest in every way. This is in negotiations with other attorneys, client billing, recommendations, etc. Having the peace of mind knowing you’re working with a great attorney is invaluable. Ben and team worked tirelessly to fight for what was most important to me, securing the time and relationship with my 6-year-old son. I can’t image a life without him, and the days I may have missed if my divorce wasn’t managed appropriately. I highly recommend this group if you’re in the challenging situation of divorce or nearing this point in your life. It’s tough to go through, but if you’re in this position, there’s nothing more important than managing it appropriately and Ben will ensure it’s taken care of.

I highly recommend Angela Lizada and her amazing team (Tiffany Stewart especially). They were professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate throughout the entire divorce process. They were always available to answer questions in a timely fashion and provide guidance. They truly made a difficult situation much easier to handle and went above and beyond to ensure a fair and just settlement. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Let me preface this with the fact that I’ve NEVER had somebody fight for ME the way he did. Every word, every tear, every FEAR, everything that had me panicking he listened to. Despite how much I rambled, despite how much I cried, despite barely being able to get through my sentences, he NEVER skipped a beat. He LISTENED first and foremost, he CARED, and THEN have he empathized with me and calmed me as he thoroughly explained everything to me in a way I could understand despite the emotional turmoil I was feeling. He broke everything down so perfectly that it brought so much comfort to know that I was NOT fighting this alone and that he was there for me EVERY step of the way no matter how big or how small those steps were. He eased into everything with such fluidity and grace never losing track of what we needed to do even though I was basically a plate of spaghetti that felt like I couldn’t find the end. He moved mountains for me, which made my path so much easier to focus on when very little was put on my plate because Lord knows that anything else resting on my shoulders probably would have made me collapse. He is so genuine and understanding that nothing about my reaction turned him off, if anything he dove in harder to make things work for me. There are not enough words, prayers, NOTHING that could ever truly express the gratitude or the respect that I have for him. I will be living my life thanking him everyday for everything he has done and accomplished for me.

I was on vacation in the Philippines when i contacted them by phone about assisting me in getting a divorce from my wife who is a Philippine citizen, but living in the United States. They answered all my questions and assisted me thru out this process. In less than 9 business days after they had received all the documents they requested from me and my wife, i was a free man again. Never had to make a trip back to the US to get this done, which saved me a lot of time , money and inconvenience. Ben was amazing! I had a very contentious and long custody battle to relocate my children. Ben was always up front and honest with me about what to expect. After seeing what type of people the 2 attorneys the opposition had I was very happy I had a lawyer like Ben. He was never nasty, he stuck to the facts and was very thorough. Through this emotional timing he was so understanding and made me feel as if he truly understood what I was experiencing. I can’t imagine having any better of an attorney.
