We couldn't be more pleased with the work of Ben Leavitt with Leavitt Law Firm. Ben worked diligently on my husband's custody case for his son and ensured we had the most current updates throughout the duration of the process, as well as continued follow-up with the opposing party's attorney when deadlines were ignored or requested information was not returned to us completely. Ben was thorough with the information gathered and compiled it very effectively. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner and in a way that was easy to understand. Ben's consistent communication throughout the months leading up to trial as well as preparation helped us feel supported and prepared. When we presented information to Ben that we felt was helpful to our case, he made sure to incorporate it. All of the exhibits were organized in a manor that made it very easy to use during trial. Ben not only cared about reviewing the information we presented to him, but he also carefully reviewed the information from the opposing party to identify any discrepancies and credibility issues. Without Ben's hard work and dedication to this relocation request, the outcome may have been different. Ben's passion and motivation was strong from the time services initiated through to the end and we couldn't be happier with the services provided to us. My stepson got his wish and gets to live a happy life with his father thanks to Ben's perseverance!

I am not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. I have been working with Frank for almost 3 years now, and I've appreciated him more than words can express. Let me be clear though - he is blunt and honest. If you don't like that, find someone else. He will tell you the reality of outcomes, even if it's not what you want to hear. I spent countless nights crying about situations and communications I had to endure, but I followed the direction of my counsel - because he was right and it was the right thing to do. He may cost more than other attorney's, but he is good at what he does, and I truly think he is respected by his peers and the Judges. He sticks to facts and can handle other attorney's who are emotional, aggressive, out of line, etc. I was so grateful he was my attorney. He is always level headed and I appreciate his ability to do that in cases like family law (it's emotional for all invovled).

i had a previous lawyer that he doesn't know what he was doing and my daughter custody was on his hands , I found Benjamin Leavitt and he explained everything to me , every time that I had questions he makes time to call me and give me the peace that I need ,he is absolutely amazing ,you only have to tell him things one time and is enough he knows what to do , very honest, he got my full physical custody and I have my 4 years old 60 percent of the time with me they work in the office as a team work and is excellent because everyone is on the same page ,thank you won't be enough to say my treasure was in Benjamin's hands and he did the best for me and my daughter

I first contacted Leavitt Law Firm in early 2020 in order to review my options regarding post-divorce child custody issues. I met with Frank Leavitt and was extremely impressed right away. I retained Frank, and he quickly went to work for me. He addressed both of my immediate issues and reached an acceptable settlement in little time without even needing to step into the court room. This year (2021), when it became necessary for me to move across the country for work, I didn't hesitate to return to Frank, asking him to represent me in a child relocation request. He worked hard to ensure that the best interests of my children were met. He ensured the facts were clearly presented to the judge during the trial, and his work ultimately resulted in my relocation request being granted. Frank is extremely professional, and my confidence in him grew each time I met with him. He knows the law, remembered every detail of my case along the way, and was very prepared for our day in court. The rest of his team at Leavitt Law Firm was also amazing. These people are con artists rude and unprofessional. Even after withdraw from there services Dennis is still confused as to why I hired him. They happily took my 6,000 dollars and accomplished absolutely nothing for me or my custody of my child. Michelle was extremely rude and condescending the whole time and acted like she was doing me a favor I highly disrecomend this law firm!!
