My wife and I had a very difficult immigration case. We had 2 other immigration attorneys(who cost us a fortune and 5 years of our life in misguided attempts) before we found Mr. Chuck Bennion and the lovely Ms. Joann. My own father who is a lawyer did not want to be involved in our immigration case. My father told me to find an immigration expert, someone with years and years of experience and someone whose only focus and area of expertise is immigration. I took his advice and still went thru 2 other guys before fate introduced us to Chuck. My wife and I found Chuck and Joann, top notch people. First of all, they are honest and will be direct with you....even when they know you don’t want to hear the news they are telling you. 2nd -I could always get in touch with the office, never felt left out of the loop and felt guided through out the whole process. Follow up and follow thru are very difficult things to do for a lot of people, myself included. It was effortless with these guys. I appreciate it. 3- Cost, they aren’t gouging you, Chucks pricing is very reasonable and I am truly grateful for that. He could charge double his prices and I would still think that would be a fair price. Folks, My wife and I have spent a lot of money navigating our wonderful Judicial and Immigration system and spent more on lawyers. Chuck and Joann, well worth it. 4- They fielded questions, phone calls, meetings, emails and met with & tried to help my wife’s extended family. My wife's family had the same experience we did with Chuck. He flat out told you what can and cannot happen and what exactly he can do and not. Some proceeded with action and some did not due to Chuck telling them the truth on the limitations of the law. 5: Chuck is fluent in Spanish and very comfortable speaking it. He is very knowledgeable and informative. We didn’t feel left out, they guided us every step of the way. In conclusion, I am thankful for Chuck and Joann. Because of them, my wife is safe and secure. We do not feel the stress, anxiety and fear that we were going through for so long we thought it was a normal feeling. We are blessed to have found Charles to take care of our case! I loved how knowledgeable he was of the system and how he stays updated with the information and regulations. He and his staff were always very friendly and very professional. They explained the whole process to us so we understood it all and kept us up to date with our case. The best lawyer in Las Vegas. I’ve checked so many different places for lawyers for consultation. I had a simple question and no other lawyer could give me a legal advice. Because of lack of their knowledge and also they didn’t want to spend their time on me unless I hire them as my lawyers. But Charles Benion was different. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. I recommend him to everyone.

I have being wanted to right this review since August last year. Mr Bennion knowledge on immigration is excellent. My Mother's permanent resident application was stressing me. So at the last minute I decided to hired him . He explained everything so well without rushing. Everyone in his office was so kind. At the end my Mother received her green card just 2months later. After 24 years of keep trying to find a good lawyer, finally I did.. during that time I met with several lawyers in California and Nevada, with aggressive marketing strategies on TV and radio, promising to help in several immigration situations, but besides giving me incorrect information, overpriced fees and no hope, none of them were able to provide the service and professionalism that Mr. Bennion and Joanne provided.
