Not knowing a lawyer in Las Vegas for a case I needed to file there I read a review of the firm and decided to take a chance. This was the best decision I could make. Dan and his firm immediately gathered the pertinent information, filed the suit and after some negotiation arrived at an equitable settlement. Dan is the consummate professional with a deep background in contractual law. His steady manner guided me through the process and he never wavered even during times when I was a bit emotional. As a retired Executive Director of Professional services I have had dealings with many lawyers in contract law and Dan is number 1 on my list.

With a major life-change looming before me, I needed someone who was encouraging, responsive, and genuinely interested in my case. Daniel Anderson listened to my concerns, and even anticipated needs I hadn't thought of. He offered expert legal advice, kept me informed of the process, and time frames. During the consultation with Mr. Anderson he was very truthful whether or not we actually had a case. He would not represent a client if the case could not be filed.
