I’ve been a client here for years now. And I always refer others to this law firm. But I have to take the time to refer Crystal Hernandez specifically. I went through a situation in which my permit expired. I got confused on the expiration date. When I went in worried I was told it would take 6-8 months to complete the process. I was worried there could be a chance I could not renew. And there was in fact doubts on whether or not they would even be able to get it renewed. But Crystal was sure and worked and pushed hard to ensure it would get renewed. At the end the process went well and much faster than I expected. It took a bit less than 3 months! I was happy and exited. It was the best outcome possible. And I loved the fact she kept me updated on the progress. She’s friendly and kind. She’s very knowledgeable; and is able to give great advice and assistance. I definitely recommend Crystal. If you need someone to help you and get things done. She’s definitely the person to ask for.
