I had never faced legal issues before, but there’s always a first time. The Law Office of Michael A. Troiano, which came highly recommended, exceeded my expectations. I felt fully supported throughout the process, and my case was resolved with the best possible outcome!

If you don't want to read, the short version of this review is if you are debating who to hire, just hire chip. The reviews here don't lie. I did my due diligence when looking for an attorney. Of all the people I called, multiple things stood out to me about Chip: he was one of only 2 offices to invite me into their office for a consultation, he set aside unrushed time to answer any and all my questions, his receptionist was extremely kind and patient, and it was obvious that he was the guy running the whole show. The latter point was important for me. Many law offices have a sort of bait and switch situation where they will have you consult with the senior attorney but they ultimately assign a JR attorney to handle your case. This was clearly not the situation with Mr. Siegel. I was already leaning heavily towards hiring Mr. Siegel, but what ultimately made me pull the trigger was that to my surprise, another attorney told me that Chip was the best Lawyer in the field i was looking for, in Las Vegas. I was sold. After hiring Chip, he was extremely communicative with me throughout the process as well as accommodating to my difficult work schedule. At one point we set up a zoom call to go over the police report to see if i had any discrepancies with what was reported. He was always kind and patient with me, and always listened to my concerns. His expertise and knowledge were very apparent. What came as a great surprise to me was court day. These days, many cases are settled out of court but this wasn't the case with mine and we had to go to a bench trial. It was always clear to me that Mr. Siegel was a kind and sincere person. But once the proceeding started, it was like a flip switched on. He became exceptionally assertive, forceful, and insistent. He was locked in and paying extreme attention to every small detail. He picked up on every miniscule inconsistency and gray area in the police officer's testimony. He read the DA and Police Officer like books to pick up on how to better find the cracks in their offense. It was evident that Chip had complete dominance and control over the court room, and everyone knew it. Probably not even 1/5 of the way through his questioning of the police officer, the DA called for a break and came back with a favorable resolution which Chip described to me as "I would recommend taking this offer 100/99 times" so I took it. In an time where many lawyers are complacent, unenthusiastic, and afraid of the court room; Chip is a kind yet aggressive attorney who will take on your case as if it was his own and fight for you the way you would expect someone you are paying thousands of dollars to do. There was not ever one point in the process where I questioned whether or not I had hired the right guy. You will not regret hiring Chip Siegel.

Mr. Troiano was very easy to speak to and helped my daughter. You never want to need a lawyer but I would recomend him to anyone that found themselves needing one. His staff Jay was also very helpful and made the process very easy. Thank you for everything!

Great job good outcome in my case

I cannot say enough good things about the Law Office of Troiano! One of my family members was caught up in a legal issue that had been dragging on for over a year and had contacted many lawyers in Las Vegas who could not see anything other than dollar signs by keeping the case going. The Law Office of Troiano immediately recognized what was going on and quickly put an end to all proceedings. We are very grateful that the Law Office of Troiano helped us out of this non-sense, and even more grateful that unlike the other lawyers we contacted, the Law Office of Troiano was honest, to the point, explained their plan of action in detail, and followed through. The Law Office of Troiano kept us constantly updated so there was no need to contact them. The process took almost a year to conclude, but the Law Office of Troiano never gave up, and throughout it all gave us the assurance that everything would be okay, and that gave us confidence while the case dragged on. We cannot recommend the Law Office of Troiano highly enough!
