My accident was in early May. I was hit from behind by a double long bus and thrown into another vehicle. They have taken care of everything from the PTSD, the physical therapy and pain mediation. And even after the case is done I know they will continue to let me receive my treatments. No accident is easy but they make things just a little better with communication. They really do care.

I was a little nervous contacting a law firm but after speaking with Sam, I felt a lot better. She explained what I needed to do. By the end of the conversation, I felt more at ease and is looking forward to meeting the rest of the team that will help with my case.

If I could give a negative 5 star review for Brandon Albright and his assistant icela I definitely would. Dont waste you time. Multiple occasions when I was told they would do something one or the other would go on a week or 2 vacation the very next day then not complete the task at hand until 2 days after returning. They kept trying to place blame the wait on the insurance company unaware I had been in constant contact with them as well, so I'm aware of the lies and false information.

I am truly amazed as to how happy and friendly these people really are. It's just like you see on the commercials with the son and the dad, they're just as happy. I love it from the start to the finish. The guy that I spoke with was extremely helpful and very friendly and very compassionate about what had went on. I would definitely refer these guys to anyone.
