These ppl are ur average crooks. We qualified for deferral of the filing fee for bankruptcy, but they kept our money anyway. Go anywhere else or file urself. There's no point in hiring these rip-off artists. Update: they called today n said there was a mix-up. We'll get our refund plus a bit more for our trouble. I'm leaving the stars as is until we actually deposit the check tho, just in case it's a ruse... K, final edit (I'm pretty sure). We deposited the check. I think it cleared. I received notice from the state bar association that they responded to my complaint (which was probably what prompted their call). Should be all good. Just be sure to ask the right questions n CYA. Best to have documentation of everything anyway. Good luck to all. Sorry that u need a lawyer in the first place.
