I am writing a review on behalf of my husband Kenneth Rauls concerning our experience with this law firm. We were mislead, deceived and misrepresented. There was no communication following our initial consultation and retention of his services. We never received return phone calls and was hung up on by Coburn's office staff many times. In fact we met with Mr. Coburn and never saw or heard from him again. An associate, we did not even know, represented my husband. This associate insisted that he talked to my husband when, in fact, we never met this man. I suggest you go elsewhere if you are looking for professional representation and feedback. This office was rude, unprofessional and short tempered.

For obvious reasons, I needed a lawyer! There were accusations made against me and they legitimately were not true. It was Marc up there with me side by side pulling the truth out of the accuser and boy am I glad it was him! He not only got the truth out, but made the accuser look like an absolute fool while doing so. He pays CLOSE attention to detail with every little and major part of a case to prove your innocence. What's in the report and what's now being said on the stand and much MUCH more. Amber is also an amazing asset to that office as well. Always took the time out to let you know what was going on with every move they made and laid everything all out on the table so they were more than prepared to stand in front of a judge and fight to prove my innocence. Stephanie is the one up front who took every phone call I made along with everyone else in the world and let me tell you, I called A LOT! That woman was still never the less more than patient with me which helps anyone stuck in a bind because it makes them feel at ease. Overall, Marc and his team, are straight sharks that you want on your team. Knock on wood I ever need a lawyer on my side for anything like this again, there's no need to think about it. I'M CALLING MARC SAGGESE!! You all are amazing at what you do and there isn't anybody out there that could have done s better job doing it than you all. Thank you, J Coleman

I am very impressed the way my case was handled, very professional staff and amazing attorneys. They won my custody case for me and my divorce was a lot less more stressful with the help of these attorneys, I could have not done it alone. The attorneys at Half Price Lawyers show compassion and very caring. I high recommend anyone who is looking for a family attorney to come to this office. My consultation was free, cant beat that!

Im paying 2 grand i put 1,000 upfront to my attorney John and the day of my hearing I got a different attorney because I was notified that he had been in a accident and hurt his back, on the day of My hearing I had to talk to a different attorney they sent but he came 30 minutes late and did not bring the paperwork to serve the other party and did not know anything about my case or got to review anything so I had 15 minutes to try to explain my situation and from there it was a disaster in court he couldn't speak correctly he was stuttering so much the judge did not know what he was saying I couldn't even understand him and my case got dismissed and now I have to go to California court now have my case there so I have to travel a lot, not only that I have to find a new attorney so I would not recommend them or have them represent me again!!!!

Best staff and lawyers ever

They charged me $1200 just to do a plea deal which I could have done myself without them. They nothing but crooks and thieves that will take your money even though they know they are not really going to help you. Save your money and if you are a first time offender, just do a plea or you will end up doing a plea deal anyway and be out all that money. Half Price Lawyers is just a name. It has nothing to do with their fees. It is a gimmick designed to make people think that they are saving money but they aren't. In fact they are charging premium amounts. CROOKS!!!!!!

My husband and I had never needed a lawyer before, they walked us through the process before we decided to go with them and we had a very good experience. We made things complicated for them as we moved to another state before our case was settled and they were very patient, understanding and were able to get things done. Great teamwork happens here to make it happen and it really is half price, you know what you're getting in to up front and there were no other hidden charges.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Stay away! Even though they claim they bought the name "Half Prices Lawyers" which I don't believe they are horrible. Immigration case since 2013 and it still hasn't been resolve. Good Luck to all those people who hire Half Price Lawyers

Very unprofessional! I made an appointment with Mark Colburn and called back for directiins the next day but they never scheduled the appointment and he was not there. Lady who answered the phone was rude and not willing to help us see someone else or talk to someone else but offered to take payment over the phone before they could even tell us if they could help. I asked what do we do because the lawyer wasn't there and that is when she offered to take the money I mentioned was already quoted. I then asked if I needed to call another law office because she didn't even try to rescedual it with someone else and she said yes and hung up. Pay a little more to another place and get professional help by someone who will care about helping you, not just taking your money.

Over two years ago I paid this firm to have my records sealed. As of today nothing has happened. The dont even respond to email or calls anymore.

This group of attorneys handled my case with A++ results. I was a ball of stress & anxiety when I first called them. They took the time to explain the entire legal process to me so I didn’t feel like I was handing over my money in the dark. I appreciated that. From start to finish, I received A+ attention and got exactly what I wanted in court—success.
