Where do I begin!!! After our accident we came across Benson & Bingham, from the very first contact, their TEAM has been top notch with communication!! For me this is a big deal. In December of 2022, I was involved in a head on collision coming out of lake mead in Las Vegas. (other driver at fault). My car was totalled but I was extremely blessed to have walked out with only very minor injuries. A family member reached out to multiple companies regarding lawyers, and after speaking with Danielle from B&B, he recommended we take a trip there. Still in shock, and never being in a situation where I needed a lawyer before this, I was skeptical of what process to take. Danielle R assured me from the second I walked in her office that her and her assistants were going to do everything possible to make sure I came out good from this situation. I can confidently say, they did that and so much more. They showed they cared at the office that day, and they continued to show they cared the entire process through. I started seeing a chiropractor and therapist and B&B did amazing finding those services for me. My case manager Cassidy J contacted me multiple times, almost every single week with not only updates on my case, but calling sometimes just to make sure I was doing okay mentally after what happened. The property claim part of the settlement came very quick, it was aware they were on top of my case. And the bodily portion of that settlement came not even 2 weeks after stoping medical treatment. Cassidy J called me about a week and a half after stopping treatment, told me to sit tight and that my settlement money would be coming soon, and called the NEXT MORNING telling me it was ready. I genuinely cant say enough about this company, as you can see I wrote half a book already. But these 2 women especially, I can't thank enough for the amount of help and support they gave me.
