Benson & Bingham was phenomenal! After living in Vegas for literally only 2 weeks, I was unfortunately rear ended in my wife's car last year. Since the other party was at fault, Lina and Isabelle at the Downtown location worked non-stop and ended up getting our payout up to almost $10k more than the other driver's insurance was trying to offer! Let me start by saying, this firm is AMAZING. While I was treating for my accident I was told I was sick, very unexpected and highly emergent. I needed surgery and this meant I could no longer treat for my accident, but I was still in a lot of pain. When I explained this to my case manager (Bernadette), she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and prioritized my health over anything else, but at the same time took the necessary steps so that the insurance company would compensate me fairly. Needless to say, she got me policy limits (the best offer you can possibly get). I had my surgery, she was on the phone with my wife at all times to make sure I was ok. It is details like these that make you feel you matter to them. Not everyone will take the time to see how your “unrelated surgery” went. This is only someone that truly cares. This is the type of firm I would recommend to my loved ones. Benson & Bingham, you have the best staff and you are the best firm in Las Vegas!!!
