I was in a car accident last June. I called Benson and Bingham because of how highly rated they were, I was NOT disappointed!! They took over and I didn't have to deal with ONE call from the insurance companies! Phillip Cuartas handled most of the aspects of my case and always communicated to let me know what was happening, even calling just to check on how I was doing. I got the medical help I needed and never had to pay out of pocket for a thing. I hope I don't need their services again but, if I'm ever in an accident this is the only lawyer I would call!

They were very kind patient very wonderful up to par staff on top of everything and what I like most Is they fight for your case and is guaranteed to get you some type of money back to help after a serious accident

Had the most amazing experience with Cassidy my case manager she was amazing . Could not find a lawyer with a wrongful lash extensions . They heard my case and took it . Always got updates on my case and when I had questions they were always quick to get someone on the line and help me , they are exceptional at what they do. They will get you the very best compensation for you as they did for me . Highly recommend them their Downtown location staff are friendly efficient and helpful. Hopefully I won’t need them in the future (knock on wood ) but if I do I know who I can Rely on to handle my case.
