I'd recommend Benson & Bingham to everyone needing legal counsel. They are a group that is tremendously thorough, professional and compassionate. Not once did I feel overwhelmed or stressed with them by my side throughout my process and they made it all worth it in the end. If you are needing a supportive group and people that truly will WORK for you then they are the perfect choice. Ben Bingham, as well as Bernadette Lazar, were an absolute delight and I would trust them 10 times out of 10!

I was referred to Michelle by a friend because I was very unhappy with the services I was being provided by another attorney. From the moment i walked into this office it was a blessing. I was referred to Benson & Bingham by my daughter and son-in-law. As soon as they heard of my accident they immediately started searching and ran across this firm. Without hesitation (because I know my daughter is very thorough in her searches) I immediately called and scheduled a consultation. Though initially nervous at the consultation, speaking with Ms. Oswalt made it more comfortable. She was very thorough in explaining details of the process. I did not feel rushed and Ms. Oswalt was open to any and all questions/concerns I may of had. I felt comfortable and felt the choice was good just from the consultation. I am grateful that fate assigned me with her. No matter how long the time lapse would be I could always count on Ms. Oswalt to contact and update me on outcomes/next steps as soon as possible. She is an outstanding listener and easy to speak to. Being patient is a key factor when going through legal cases and know that even when it doesn't seem like it, Ms. Oswalt is on top of it. It wasn't until after the consultation when I, myself read her profile. It was a plus knowing she was from the same area I was from and fans of the same NFL team. Thank you Dana! Despite the accident, the legal experience has been awesome.

My case manager was Michelle, whom was my previous attorney in another accident. She was very efficient and helpful with quick responses and multiple ways to contact her. She worked around my schedule as well as my location, considering they have different offices around the valley. Michelle also ensured that my repairs would be done in a timely manner with a reputable mechanic. All in all, this experience was, once again, very seamless.
