I was referred here by a bystander after a car accident in which my family and I were injured and let me tell you, the BEST experience EVER. Lina and Lilly received us like family and also their staff, they kept assuring me everything would be ok and taken care of, I did absolutely nothing they did everything for me. They made sure we had the best settlement we can get. She kept me informed and if I had any questions, she got back to me promptly. Benson & Bingham made an outstanding impression during my first interaction. They were calm and understanding and ready to work with me. Throughout my entire case, they kept me well informed, in the loop and always responded in a timely manner. Some attorney's wait for days to respond. I didn't ever have 1 problem reaching out to them with questions, Adam Stone was one of my Case Manager's and he always responded to calls and kept me well informed about my case. I was so surprised in how quickly he responded to either my messages or calls it was all returned within minutes, Adam Stone if I could give you and the whole team more stars I would, you are great. Thank you!!!!!! The best part of this is that my check is ready for pickup today, no delays it only took the firm from start to finish 3 1/2 months to get me the maximum for my injuries and settle the case. CASE CLOSED!!!!!!! Best customer service ever can't complain.
