I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle. Most attorneys did not want to deal with the type of accident. I was recommended to Benson & Bingham by a reputable chiropractor and they took my case with the intent of taking it to court if they had to. I AM EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with how my case was handled. My case manager, Christina, took very good care of me throughout the entire process and was readily available when I had questions about the case. She would provide updates and always returned emails/phone calls. I’m am very pleased with the overall service they provided and most importantly the results they got me. I would recommend Benson & Bingham to my family and friends.

Benson And Bingham were extraordinary. They were so patient and understanding. Since this was my first auto accident they sat me down and explained everything to me and calmed me down. On top of everything else they were in contact with me during the entire duration. Ms. Ashley Page was excellent as well, always so pleasant and returning my phone calls within the hour to notify me of any updates. I highly recommend this firm. I would definitely recommend This Law Firm I saw that they have really good reviews.Soon as i decided to call them to see if they would help me with my car accident legal problem. as soon as i called they scheduled a meeting to meet with me to discuss my car accident and options. they were really help full they told me what doctors and chiropractic to go to so i would get the best treatment for my injury.He had Legal Assistant Cassidy Kay she followed up with me to make sure i was getting the best treatment. as soon as they got an answer from the insurance Cassidy called me and gave me the details. she had me come in to the office so i can sign the paperwork and receive my check. Ben Bingham is a horrible attorney who does not follow up with his client. He refused to return phone calls, emails and telephone messages. He neglects to properly interview his client to collect the truthful information. His assistant Christina Godoy has limited to no experience and is only a paralegal with no real clout. The follow up and service is absolutely horrible from Ben Bingham and Christina Godoy. Neither of them are worth hiring for your case, so keep on shopping for a good attorney if you want someone to properly represent you and your case. It's really sad that Ben with all smiles, can't make a single phone call to follow up. I believe he would prefer to take a pay off from a corporation he is suppose to be investigating and suing and dump his client he is defending in an opportunity to keep him busy with other business from the corporation, rather than represent the client that initially hired him. Sad but true, and not worth the billboard advertising around Las Vegas or the website that sculpted to make him look good. Keep on shopping if you need a real lawyer cause Ben Bingham can't deliver!
