Nedda was outstanding and very attentive during our consultation. She took great notes and was very straight up with no sugar coating. Brian was our attorney and was AWESOME to say the least!. He understood where we were coming from and what we wanted. He handled all the communication and kept us up to date constantly. Brian wrote a great letter outlining every thing that had happened and what we were asking for. It was professional with a very firm tone. Brian was always available either by email or phone and was very professional and compassionate over our situation. The staff in the office was fantastic. Renee, Penny, and Tamara were always available when I had questions that needed to be answered. We appreciate what Ghandi Deeter Blackham did for us and we would highly recommend this firm. I recently needed to retain an attorney for the first time in my life. I asked several friends for referrals and one mention Nedda Ghandi. Hearing all the horror stories of dealing with attorneys and their cost, I was dreading having to deal with them. I made an appointment for a consultation and got right in. The receptionist was extremely nice while I waited. Nedda came out and greeted me and we went to her office where I explained my needs. Nedda was very understanding of what I needed. She gave reasonable expectations of what my rights were in Family Court and Nevada Law. She explained everything to me in a way that I understood as well as the timeframe for such cases. I retained her on the spot! My case took approx: 5 months to complete with huge success in my favor. I never had a problem getting hold of her when I had questions, if she wasn't available at the time she always got hold the same day or evening! I highly recommend Nedda and her team! Thank you! Laura was referred to me by my previous employer who spoke very highly of her and the firm. My husband and I retained her services in 2018 to handle our estate planning. She was very honest, sweet and I absolutely felt at ease. Right away i just knew we were in good hands. Brian was referred to me by a friend who spoke very highly of him. I hired him several years ago to handle my divorce and custody of my children. It was the most difficult time in my life. He was always honest with me, even if the truth was not in my favor. Like anyone going through a divorce, I had many wins and losses but my priority was making sure my children were safe. Brian never let me down. I never had to deal with court or any type of legal matters, the experience was scary to me. Brian walked me through it all and explained all the legal jargon that I didn't understand. My case was high conflict and my ex and I still struggle with co-parenting issues. Years later, Brian remembers the details of my case and is never too busy to answer questions that still come up. I would never recommend them to anyone. She didnt help me with anything, always questioned me. She was only a messenger and she charged me for absolutely everything. If you're looking to waste your money on an attorneys office then this is the place. Worst lawyer I've ever dealt with.

Big mistake,I call and made a appointment with Nedda but she was too busy for the $200 consultation so they put me together with this rude and workless attorney Brian Blackman,five minutes into our conversation he already put his price on “ I charge $450 per hour “ but he didn’t give us any security in our case zero security to be more precise, but here you go again 20 minutes into our conversation he comes a and said I need 10k to start your case, unbelievable how can someone be so consent about the money and give me no confidence about the case,this lawyer have no balls what so ever to do anything to help me but money was always on the conversation,I truly believe that all this good review is fabricated by friends and family of those attorneys,totally waist of my time and money $200 gone for no help at all.

Ouch. What a mistake dealing with this firm. The high point was Laura's sales pitch, which made us feel very comfortable that they could assist my family in dealing with my mom's tiny estate after she passed away. The low point was a little further down the road when we were already committed to using their services. Laura blatantly ignored our emails and phone calls for weeks at a time. Sometimes 3 weeks! We had simple, legitimate questions regarding this straight forward probate case. The only way I could get a response was to keep calling and begging her receptionist. Eventually, someone would call or write, and they always offered the same stale excuse... they were having personnel issues. "So so sorry." Probate took much longer than expected; it really felt like they were too busy with their more important clients than to work with us. I get it.... we're a small fish in the legal world, but we were still a paying client, and their "services" aren't exactly cheap. So, now, we walk away not even knowing if our family's best interest(s) have even been served. There's no real way for us to know, but it sure doesn't feel like it. It's surprising and irritating to read all the positive reviews for this place... how on earth? I guess if you're willing to take a chance, maybe you'll be among the lucky ones. But I wouldn't recommend it.

I hired this attorney with the hope that she would represent me how I wanted to be represented. My case was a relocation case. While I was able to relocate, I told my attorney in my original consultation and also, a couple other times when we had spoke that I would not be able to take on the responsibility of paying for all transportation costs for my child to visit his father in the state of Nevada. On my court date, not only did she NOT appear for me, (she sent her colleague) but she agreed on my behalf to me paying for all transportation costs! Now I am receiving threats from my son's father that he wants to go back into court and file for a custody change. File for my child to move back to the state of Nevada with or without me. I have tried to speak with Laura on this matter and she will not communicate with me since I still owe her a balance on my account. I am very devastated by the legal representation I received from this attorney and would highly recommend that people taking their business elsewhere. Since that is what I'll be doing to hopefully FIX what Ms. Deeter and her colleague messed up.

I called just to ask about setting up a post nuptial agreement, when they answered I asked about a typical time frame and cost, but the phone disconnected right after.... At least that's what I thought happened, so I call again and they immediately hung up on me. Very unprofessional.
