Kyle Cottner represented me after I was side swiped by a 20 year old kid looking at his phone driving a shipping van. I was given an insurance card by the driver for farmers from 2016 that didn't have the driver's name on it. It wasn't even his insurance card. He said it was the owners of the van and the company. After trying to track down the insurance company from the license plate and given the run around on every phone call I made. I almost gave up. I was recommended to speak to Kyle about my situation. He tracked down the owner of the vehicle and the appropriate insurance company who was responsible. He got me into a chiropractor right away and with a pain management specialist to address my injuries. Going from not even getting a response to just under a year later getting my car fixed, getting a maximum settlement check possible, and all medical bills paid. Kyle is a real life hero to me. Also, his office staff especially George. Such amazing people who called me stayed on top of everything for me and made sure I was treated for my injuries with the highest care and consideration. They called me every couple weeks to just ask me how I was doing. I've never been in an accident before or ever had to deal with a lawsuit of any kind. They kept my informed of everything that was happening complete transparency I highly recommend if you have a legal issue that you should call these gentleman. If I ever have an issue in the future they will be the phone call I make.
