We had a big rollover accident with injuries when hit by a drunk driver at over 100mph on a 45mph road. We see many of these preventable accidents in Las Vegas that end up with fatalities all the time and thought this would never happen to us, but all it takes is being in the wrong place at the wrong time... We were lucky to survive, but it was traumatic and we could've died. In a situation like that we were in shock and didn't know how to proceed. I took a lot of time reading reviews like this one for many injury attorneys in Las Vgeas and read that many of them just focus on the very big cases and don't take the time for smaller cases. Valiente Mott Injury Atorneys didn't have that many reviews but they were all very good so I called them. They took their time to explain how the process worked and how to proceed. We had like 3 calls of over 45 minutes before signing! We also had brief calls with other law firms but they didn't take their time with us and just wanted to get the contract signed fast, so it was easy to see that Valiente Mott was the only one that in a traumatic time like that they were the only ones who emphasize with us even though it wasn't going to be a big case. Along the process Dave was really helpful and replied calls and texts always within the same day. He also gave us regular updates on our case. The process is close to come to an end and we are very happy the way everything went with Valiente Mott. Hopefully the legal process between the City of Las Vegas and the drunk driver that almost killed us and drove away finishes soon with an exemplary punishment and we can put an end to this traumatic chapter in our lives. I wish I don’t have to go through something like this again, but if I do I will for sure go again with Valiente Mott. Ernesto

It has been just over a year since I had my first and only accident and contacted Valiente Mott for assistance. I was pleased with the level of service I received; the process was straightforward and hassle-free. Although I was without a car for five months, Valiente Mott made sure I had a rental car for the entire time. Whenever I received bills related to the accident, all I had to do was take a picture with my phone and send it via text to Valiente Mott. They quickly resolved any issues, making everything seem like magic. They kept in communication throughout the process and would consult with me every step of the way.
