Valiente and Mott was the best thing that I've ever been referred to. Tim was very professional personable and knowledgeable. There was a point where I got panicked and I had no idea what was going on between the doctors I was getting the runaround Tim took care of it immediately and calmed me down. They made sure that everything was taken care of quickly and with as little headache as possible. Thank you so much Tim and Sue everybody else in the office you all were amazing and so friendly again thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

Timothy Mott is the best lawyer. He won my case in a very responsible amount of time and got me the maximum amount allowed for my case. He is way better than those commercial lawyers. I was able to contact him 7 days a week night or day and he would respond personally right back with any questions or concerns I had. If I ever need a lawyer again he will be my first call. I recommend him 100 percent

Very diligent. What Mike told me what would happen and what he would do, is exactly what happened and what he did. There were no surprises and he kept me in the loop and informed every step along the way. He even contacted me, I didn't have to call the office over and over. like with other law firms, and be ignored. I was pleased with the outcome and would use them again in the future.

Great group of People that work here. I meet with Tim shortly after my accident and from start to finish he has been awesome! He explains everything in depth so you understand everything. BEST experience from start to finish. Tim and I met to discuss my case, he explained everything in detail, probable outcomes and timelines. He checked in with me periodically to ask how my recovery was going and kept me informed of all developments. When I wasn’t happy with my physical therapy office, he found me a chiropractor’s office that day. When we met for the final time to disburse the settlement, he explained thoroughly how much and why. Getting in an accident and dealing with insurance is one of those situations you just know is going to SUCK but Tim took care of everything and it did NOT suck. 100/100!!
