Young, brilliant, fearless, & compassionate attorney. I shopped around via internet through about 10 lawyers. Then I interviewed 5 in person. Parviza was by far the most down to earth attorney I met. He listen more then he talked. Something rare to find in attorneys. Best of all, he clearly explained what he would do if I was to go with him and he explain why he would do. I have now hired Mr. Heshmati twice and will only be hiring him for any and all other legal issues.

The Law Offices Of Parviz Heshmati did an amazing job helping my boyfriend with an old DUI case he got my boyfriend who would have had a longer sentenced down a lot to what it would have been if it was not for Heshmati I am forever thankful for your dedication on helping me with this matter, when no other attorney would answer my questions or ever get ahold of me Heshmati and his staff got back to me with all the answers to my questions. Heshmati is honest and did what he said he was going to do and his staff was amazing and very nice I never had any problems as they got back to me by calling me back and emailing me even Heshmati also and I am so thankful that you and your staff worked with me on this matter. I had never needed a lawyer for anything in my life before, so when I got into an automobile accident the thing that scared me the most was not whether I was injured or how I would pay for a new vehicle but it was having to deal with finding a lawyer and get serious with the people who hit me. Let me explain, I grew up in a very small town, and I come from a long line of people who never sued or pressed charges or went to court, even when they probably should have. I was raised to find an amicable solution or let things go, because accidents happen, and life shouldn't necessarily be an eye for an eye. I am not someone who wants things to get ugly and I was afraid that getting lawyers involved would take things down a dark road I wouldn't be proud of. Friends of mine would say that I could get a lot of money for what happened but Squabbling over money, greed, ruining others financial situations wasn't for me. After all, it's not like the people that hit me did it on purpose, it could have been me on the other end of things. However I suffered some serious bruises and soreness and my vehicle was completely ruined beyond repair. I definitely couldn't afford a new one and didn't know what else to do. A friend of mine, another lawyer in fact, referred me to Parviz A. Heshmati and arranged a lunch to go over what happened. I was anxious, I felt guilty but I went. Suffice to say, I'm glad I did. Just speaking with him was a huge weight off my shoulders. I was taking care of things. Parviz set me at ease, spoke to me like a person, very honest and straight forward, He assured me that I didn't need to feel guilty or that I was doing something wrong by seeing a lawyer. He didn't put any pressure on me to do anything but he did strongly suggest I see a doctor, just to make sure I wasn't injured beyond the bruises. He said if anything was wrong with me we could proceed from there. In the accident I myself, even though I was in the right, received a couple of unrelated citations which Mr. Heshmati took care of. Both charges were dismissed. unbelievably painless. No pun intended because as it turned out, it was just bruises and a minor strain to my neck. I didn't need medical treatment and so we were able to leave it at that. Oh, and The people that hit me, true to their word, replaced my scooter with a new one. I was truly lucky, and it was a truly happy ending. I would also like to add, that the reception, Daisy was unbelievably sweet, and again spoke with me like a friend. Relating to my situation and giving advice based on what she would do if she were me. It really makes a big difference to someone like me who is terrified with confrontation and making waves. Heaven forbid I ever have another terrible situation where I need the services of a lawyer but If I ever do I will definitely return to this Law Office and certainly will recommend Parviz A. Heshmati to anyone.
