Michael Gowdey was quick to get my divorce settled. Facing $700 a month alimony, he was able to get the other party to back down. The best money I ever spent. I hired him on a criminal case and was able to help steer me into rehab/probation instead of a 2 year prison sentence for a first time offender. I'm clean and sober 6 years thanks to this man! Mr. Draskovich is the pit bull you need. I started with a different attorney and saw a night and day difference once I switched to Mr. Draskovich. Much more aggressive and professional. He is always composed, thorough in his preparation and defense strategy, knowledgeable and not afraid to “take it to the mat” which was one of my favorite quotes. Highly recommend

I hired Robert Draskovich to represent me in a federal fraud investigation. His knowledge of the law and his staff are impressive. No nonsense, professional representation from beginning to the end of this ordeal was excellent. Mr. Draskovich made himself readily available to meet with me in person in his office but would not discuss my case over the phone. As a result of his sound representation I was not charged. This attorney and his firm is the real deal.

We consulted with Mr Draskovich after our sons arrest for very serious charges with possible prison time. He was falsely accused and we were very nervous and scared for what could possibly happen. We hired Mr Draskovich and confident he knew what to do. Our sons case was dismissed after the accuser failed to show. The State wanted to continue and Mr Draskovich got charges dismissed. Thank you Mr Draskovich. You are awesome. I'm confident if had my son gone to trial Mr Draskovich would done a great job and get the same results.

I was charged with a sexual offense last year for something that happened during a block party. I didn’t do what she said I did. My family hired Mr. Draskovich to represent me and it was a sacrifice. After what seemed like a dozen appearances and a pretrial preliminary hearing, the Judge dismissed my case. Because of Mr. Draskovich’s cross examination of the woman charging me, and her two friends the way he did, and then showing her text messages to the Judge, all charges against me were dropped. I got my life back because we hired the best lawyer for my case.
