Changed from 5 stars to 3, because the follow thru was not as discussed and there was no follow up. My problem remains a problem without a plan to resolve it. (Initial review: Late at night, I found useful clear information about an ongoing defamation attack on their website. I filled in info about my problem for a free consultation. The next morning, I got a call from Kyle, they looked at my evidence, and the same day, I was able to talk to Mark Bourrassa who assured me of confidentiality, asked a few questions, including what I wanted. He advised a least disruptive approach that hopefully and abruptly will end this matter, so I can go on with my life and work, for what I think is a fair flat fee. If I need to escalate, he identified future actions we can take. It was nice just to hear "I'm sorry you are going through this" from both Kyle and Mark. I was feeling relieved and not alone already.)

I met Kyle while we both were in rehab for being in car accident’s at a chiropractor appointment. He ended up working at Bourassa Law office and while we were having issues with the company we were originally signed up with, I reached out to Kyle for some help and quickly realized we needed to switch companies on who was handling our car accident case. Kyle made the process so smooth and the company was very thorough. Kyle has kept us updated on everything from the moment we agreed to work with him and every new step of the way. Our cases are finally closing and we couldn’t be happier with the out come. Unfortunately, one year after meeting Kyle we were involved in yet again another accident and we knew exactly who to call and will from here on out (hopefully never again, but just in case). Thank you Kyle & Bourassa Law Group for all that you have done for my family and I in such a hard time.

At first contact , there was nothing but consistency in this particular case against the insurance companies. Also, their adjusters in times where some would have took a knee on the case , BLG kept fighting they got the answers and numbers that were acceptable for both parties.
