I have just recently completed a deed in lieu with representation from Cogburn Law Offices. The process took much longer than expected thanks to the stubborn bank that was not willing to even begin negotiations for the first couple of years. This process took a major toll on my expenses and emotions. There were many times when I just wanted to give up and accept foreclosure and a likely bankruptcy declaration. Thanks to The Almighty above, Jennifer and the team at Cogburn Law, I didn’t give up. They kept me in the game and prompted me to stick with it. They didn’t give up and put in many hours working on my behalf, and I am thankful for their representation in this matter. Not only was my deed in lieu granted and approved, all debts associated with the home and all potential tax deferrals were waived. Put my wife through 3 months of distraught stress after us losing 2 baby's over these home owner incidents made my wife feel lower than low now after she's left both of our company's because she isn't allowed to work due to poor maintenance on land lord Phillip Lam's behalf as well as Andrew and Fernando's poor attention to fix what property management should fix after my wife's life turn 360• it's sad the fact that we lost another baby she's permanently damaged neck 3 of her disk from a glass shower 200lb glass falling on her my sweet love feels so lost already with being 22 and so active before all this and it was leading to depression but at least she had justice to look forward to now she feels like a dog that's broken and left on side of rode. After losing all Hilton points as much gas stress and losing our 2 baby no I do not believe its right my wife is not the same after today she had all trust in Cogburn Law Offices that she's fine it'll take a while but she'll be find so after losing both companies all of our life savings yes not right and I feel bad for my wife and way she is mentally now. Thought she had justice for our 2 unborn baby's and the permanent damage it isn't right:( thanks for what you did do but please respond and give us our files we could've been notified through email and or phone or told the last time I talked to one of the associates The last time my wife talked to them acting like she's still on case last week not even and to find out there law offices send in usps mail to address they know is where accident happen. And said himself Carlos of you don't live there well yes we sent out. I've never seen my wife in this state.

Weiss & Weiss is the best law firm. I did have the team in the past however when it comes to getting results they are the firm you want to call.
