On May 29th, my boyfriend had gotten stopped driving my car. Apparently, I had an arrest warrant dating back to September 2007 that I knew nothing about; luckily I wasn't in the car at the time, but imagine my surprise to know that I've been riding around Las Vegas for 9 years with an arrest warrant. It was an arrest warrant for Grand Larceny! Needless to say, I freaked out. I instantly went onto Google and searched for some representation and counsel. The Las Vegas Defense Group was the first number I called and from that initial phone call I knew I was in good hands. They were able to see me that day and accommodate my work schedule. I met with Mr. David Kohlmeier, the Case Manager, and Mr. Daniel Page, my fabulous attorney and they were able to ease my nerves a bit. The fact that it was a warrant issued 9 years ago and I have no priors was a plus. They did make me aware of any worst case scenarios, as not to have any surprises; such as a possible OR walkthrough. Anyhow the day of my court appearance, Mr. Daniel Page met with me and explained the details of the charges against me. He was very informative and made sure that I understood everything. As I have never been in this situation, he was very helpful. At one point while standing in front of the judge, I think I lost my ability to speak due to nervousness until Mr. Daniel Page leaned over and whispered in my ear, "Say yes", when I was asked a question by the judge. Thank you, Daniel, for that one! In the end, the conclusion was nowhere near as bad as I thought it was going to be. Mr. Daniel Page was able to get my Grand Larceny charge down to Petty Larceny. My fine was only $1000 or 100 hours of community service with a restitution of $250. In 6 months as long as I can stay out of trouble, which shouldn't be too hard since I've obviously been out of trouble for the past 9 years, this will not be on my record. Not only did the Las Vegas Defense Group amaze me with their excellent service, but they also were able to work with me on payment for their service. From the bottom of my heart, I thank the Las Vegas Defense Group! I absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs legal help, advice, direction, etc. THANK YOU LVDG!!!

Amazing experience. Even though my case ended years ago, the team is still working with me to this day, answering any questions I have and gathering documents from my case. I would 100% would recommend this team.

Talked with David on the phone next day was in the office meeting the staff .very friendly made me feel relaxed and confident that they would take care of My case to the best of their ability. Worked fast and hard to get my warrant quashed and fiance out of custody in another state . Any time I had a question or concern all I had to do was text or and I would get a fast respond 27/7 . Met with Amber and she is a very kind hearted person kept me informed on everything that happened in court explained to me what was our next step . Thank you so much for everyone's hard work !

I had gone through a tough legal situation recently, and before that time, I had never needed to seek legal support in my life. Amber Fuhriman is the best kept secret when it comes to immigration attorneys in Las Vegas. My wife was held her for a deportation hearing. I was totally freaked out and didn’t know what to do or what my options were. I contacted about a dozen immigration attorneys. I could tell Amber was the best attorney for the job from the moment I spoke to her. She is very articulate and incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of immigration law. She explained everything I needed to know in simple easy to understand terminology. Amber successfully negotiated a voluntary departure and my wife was allowed to leave the country with no penalty. A number of attorneys told me that my wife was going to face deportation but thanks to Amber that didn’t happen. My family I are so grateful and we would highly recommend her to anyone in this situation.
