We hired Mr. Vail to obtain naturalization for my mother, and he did a phenomenal job overall. Anytime that we needed to speak with him over the phone, needed in person consultation or simply had a question to ask over text or email, him and his assistant were on top of it! The entire process was simple, streamlined and efficient; it helps that anything he needs to communicate he does it with excellence. My mother who is more comfortable speaking Spanish had no trouble communicating with Mr. Vail. My mothers process happened quickly, a lot quicker than any of us expected. In summary, Mr. Vail and Miss. Gensler are absolutely incredible - couldn't of chosen a better team!
