Had a buddy who had been denied 2x, got an advocate, then got approved by SSDI. I had been denied twice also, he then turned me on to them. They amassed all my paperwork, and everything was done through them. Everything from social security went to them and me, so no worries on my part. Day before my hearing we went over everything and got me prepared for talking to the judge. Because of COVID-19, it was all telephonically done. I got my disability, wish I had done an advocate first. If you are thinking of filing for disability, get an advocate first and let them navigate the Byzantine process. It will save you a lot of stress. My advocate Peter was great and let me know all that was going to happen. Would recommend them to all who are going to file

From the first phone call to Roeschke Law and all the way through to the end of my case, I was very impressed and very happy with the outcome. Anytime I had to contact anyone at Roeschke Law office I was always greeted in a kind, considerate and professional way. There was never any pressure put on me to do anything more than I could and was told don't worry we will handle it. I was very comfortable and satisfied having Roeschke Law handle my case. I would recommend Roeschke Law to anyone that needs a great law firm to represent them.

Roeschke Law took care of everything from the first call to the disability appeals hearing where I was awarded full disability. I have a rare neurologic disorder that can make it hard to communicate at times, they understood this and made sure my case moved forward. I highly recommend Roeschke Law for Social Security Disability cases. There's no way I could have done this on my own.

I have asked a simple questions 3 times and never recieved an answer. How long has the lawyer been practicing in Las Vegas, practicing law in the social security disability field? how long in practice for disability 01:05 simple question. How many years in las vegas NV practice for disability cases? 01:06 chat with Camelia 01:07pm At Roeschke Law, LLC, we handle all aspects of social security disability benefits claims. Whether if someone is seeking SSDI or SSI, we can help disabled clients obtain the benefits they deserve. Can you tell me a little about your disabilities? 01:07pm not to a robot who cant seem to tell me how long this law firm has been in practice? 01:08pm Let me see if I can get you some information on that. Have you applied for disability and been denied? how many years in practice? I have given my email to see if I can get a basic question answered. I will continue to await an answer. We have become a new world of chatting with robots

Wouldn’t give me the time of day without a dr note saying I have a disability. So I asked my doctor, he wrote that I do have a disability with his signature. I call to make an appointment with the firm again and this time I’m told that the letter needs to say that I am not able to work. I would think that working with disabled people, the firm would be a bit more specific and helpful. I feel jerked around and that they don’t care. People with disabilities don’t think like lawyers so be a little more helpful in the future. I would suggest having forms for your clients to be filled out since we don’t know exactly what you want. Rather than calling and getting a different answer each time. Seems unprofessional and not very helpful.
