Good luck getting a return call from this Law firm. Been trying for 3 weeks .

Mr. Vail and team were consummate professionals for the duration of our case, from initial consultation thru successful closure. As clients, my wife and I value competence, access, and timely communication, and Alex and team were the epitome of all three. I am very grateful for all the help that attorney Alex and Diana provided for us. I called many places when trying to find a good immigration attorney, but many were charging for the initial appointment without even being able to confirm if they would be able to help me file an adjustment of status for my mom. When I was referred here, Diana was super sweet and she advised our first appointment would be just going over the details and only after I hired them would they charge me anything. My mom and I were super nervous, but they made us feel comfortable and walked us through the whole process. They took a lot of stress out of our shoulders, and once we sent everything to USCIS, we are thankful to say that our particular case took less than a year to resolve.
