Really happy , two cases both cases the best results

Had an accident and called Garrett Ogata for advice. Explained the process every step of the way and eased my concerns. Great outcome and if the occasion ever came that I needed legal advice my first call would be to Garrett. Would definitely use his services again if needed.

First off, I want to say thanks to Mr. Garret Ogata and his wonderful staff for seeing me through this difficult time in my life. Although, I wouldn’t wish my situation upon anyone else in the world, if you happen to be going through close to the same thing I went through, Mr. Ogata and his staff are definitely the firm I would recommend over any other. Unfortunately, I was in personal situations that created horrible decisions on my behalf that led me to drive under the influence and landed in me in jail. Given the circumstances of my case, my outcome was very bleak to say the least. Mr. Ogata and his staff clearly went through and explained every situation possible and their outcomes. I had a very difficult case was facing serious charges. I had lost all hope went to numerous attorneys. Nobody gave me any bit of hope. I walked into Mr. Ogata's office, and I could feel the difference in the ambience. As soon as I get to talking to him about my case. He immetdiately gets to work. Hes taking notes, writing down names, times, and places. I could tell he really cared about his clients and was passionate about his work. I recommend Attorney Garrett Ogata. Is the man you can trust to help you when you're in trouble with DUI, car accident or illegal substance. He helped me with my case and now it's completely closed. He is very dedicated to help you. Hard worker and very professional. He is the only lawyer I have ever met in person. He attended all my court hearings and he did everything he said he will do. When I was looking for a lawyer to help me I call 3 lawyers and his office was the only one that returned my phone call. Even met with me on a Saturday afternoon. I didn't have a car then because it got totaled in my car accident. I'm glad I had called him to help me. So you're looking for a lawyer call his office and you'll be glad you did.

Etrremely unprofessional from him personally to billing and poor office staff. He was late to court. Poor communication. Went to a scheduled court date with no communication. He never showed sent another lawyer but never told me i didnt need to be there. Lost a days worth of work. He cost me alot more then just his fees. Went to court paid the fine gave him a copy of receipt to close the case. A month later his office called asking for the receipt. Do yourself a favor find a different lawyer.

Gary Ogata represented me for two cases this year; DUI and MVA at the same time. I was not expecting to get involved with both and did not know what to do or what lawyer to choose. I kept doing researching trying to find the best one out here in Vegas. I did go to several consults here in Las Vegas and I did not like any of them. I heard about him by a family friend. I did not feel confident with any of the other lawyers taking my case. When I first met Gary Ogata, I felt welcomed. My first impression with him was "confidence". He heard me out, broke down all of his ideas, he was very sincere on the disadvantages and advantages I would have with the case. He was there when I needed help. He would follow-up with me regularly not like other lawyers. He got me a great result. Overall he is great and he is a lawyer to look for.
