I was glad I hired Garrett because he was easy to talk to. He understood me and was knowledgeable about what to do. I was kept up to date on everything that happening with my case. The case then got dismissed which was great. I will definitely recommend him.

Was cited for loitering around a school in 2023. Hired a crappy law firm that tried talking me into accepting a plea deal that involved getting a conviction on my record. I lost a job offer and thought that I had no way of winning this case. That all changed when I met Mr. Ogata. The case took a few months, but Mr. Ogata ended up getting my charges DISMISSED and also informed me how serious the charge was.
