Garrett, Garrett, Garrett. Oh boy what a disaster of a lawyer and a terrible person. From violating attorney client privilege multiple times, to poor communication by his office. He lies to you to get your money and more and more. He tried to charge me 5k for a misdemeanor citation which I went to court myself and got dismissed. Now imagine how unfair his pricing is for other cases. Please get a good lawyer who actually cares and shows up for you, not like Mr. Ogata who sells you out and only cares about payment. Please be careful for his tactics where you pay for the case. For example he will charge you at the start of the case and then charge you another one because he is “negotiating”. Not even trial “negotiations”.

It was good experience evey one was down to earth and Garrett was easy to talk to and he cared about my situation and got my case dismissed
