I wish I could give more stars, my case, although small, could've have bad consequences for me and I was quite nervous about the outcome that could come with that. I genuinely appreciate Mr. Ogata for helping me as this was my first case.

I found myself in an unfortunate situation. And I ended up making the best decisions in my life. I found Garret Ocada with a search. Unlike other attorneys I spoke with. Mr.Ocada showed immediate care and empathy for my situation. He asked questions and wanted to know every detail. He never once tried to push the easy way out or take an unfair deal. He showed extreme confidence and was willing to fight it to the end. He made me feel like I really had someone in my corner, not just an easy paycheck. All charges were dropped and dismissed. Couldn't ask for a better result. Can't recommend enough.

Worst service ever they don't even return your calls they take your money

There really aren't enough stars to rate Mr. Garrett Ogata and his law firm; in my book they are a 20 out of 5. I was looking for an attorney for a family member facing a very grave charge, and the process of finding someone was nothing short of terrifying. With zero experience in today's legal system, how do you know you're going to be well represented when the outcome is the potential loss of everything you've worked for, along with your freedom? To make matters worse, I needed to find an attorney in a different city from my own. In my first attempt, I thought I was contacting a specific person but ended up connected to a referral service. I got a call back from someone the next day. He was obviously on the run, no time to talk, didn't want any details, didn't have time or desire to meet except for the few minutes before the warrant return hearing, and wanted the standard fee. I just remember hanging up with a sick feeling in my gut. Luckily, the next call I made was to Mr. Ogata's law firm. His message and manner on his website were genuine and made me feel he would do a good job, and I’m happy to say I wasn't wrong! Mr. Ogata met with us in person and by phone whenever we needed, answered tons of questions, and was both forthcoming and confident about the possible outcomes and how he planned to approach the charges. Even with our first visit, a tremendous weight was lifted and the outcome he achieved could not have been better. So many things were at risk of being lost but Mr. Ogata made sure none of them were. His staff was helpful and diligent as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Mr. Ogata!!! It's clear from these reviews that we're not the only clients you've represented so wonderfully! You are a total rock star in my book, and you're my hero.

I just want to thank this man. My brother was looking at 15years for 3 counts or robbery with a deadly weapon and he did and amazing job with getting him back home with us. I thought I wasn't going to see my brother for a long time and this man did an amazing job. I thank you so much

Case Closed!! I usually don’t do reviews but I really wanted to leave one for anyone looking for an attorney. When I first contacted Garrett he did more than listen to me and what I needed he made me feel ok about what I was going through. His communication was spot on, he even provide me with his personal cell phone number so that I could reach him at anytime! What attorney would do that? His fee was so reasonable as well. Don’t think about it if you are in need GET GARRETT!
