Great DUI attorney used him before in 2007 on a DUI case with death, a semi truck ran a stop sign and I ended up hitting him and because I had alcohol in my system it was my fault, my best friend died in the hospital due to injuries. Garret got me a 2 to 5 on it and thank God that it worked out that way. I would of done more time if I had to because of my friend dying I feel responsible. Good parents showed up and didn't want me to go to prison but I had too since the charge. Now using him again and hopefully he can work his magic.

He was real A/F with me. I didn't get the used car salesman vibe. This is the first time in 41 yrs I have gotten myself into well what I consider it a big problem. Mr. Ogata took over right away and pointed me in the right direction. People may consider this a part of the job. Maybe it was, but to me It gave me a sense of peace. After the we got thru the all the professional Garrett lawyer stuff. I was able to meet Mr. Ogata the person. This man is such a genuine and humble human being. We shared a few laughs and hopefully I was able to share some advice of my life experience. When I say this my saved my life it wasn't only mine, but my kids and my ex wife as well. I can go on and on, but it was between him and I. Since I plan to continue the correct path I will not need him as my attorney, but I know have him as my friend.
