Everyone from the office staff to the lawyers were GREAT. I am great full for having such a great team on my side. I went into this not knowing what to expect but Along the way they offered guidance, Professional opinions and Multiple Options on how we could handle certain situations, They talked me through the process and what to expect every time we spoke on the phone or had a hearing. I was able to contact them with any questions and or concerns and ALWAYS got a response back right away.

I was not happy at all with the service I got from this firm. I found out that it was Jennifer Gastelum that came recommended. Instead my attorney was a new associate that I believed I paid extra to help her learn how things are done. It cost me twice the retainer to then change attorney to a different firm to finish my divorce. There were several issues with my experience. First they never tried to serve my ex for over 3 weeks after filing. Then without my knowledge or consent they offered a 90 day extension on responding to the motion. This allowed him to get everything organized. Then before our first court date I was asked if I had given thought to her proposal of forgoing a bunch of stuff and when I said you never talked to me about this her response was that it must have been another client. She just had so many cases they blend together. I just sat there stunned. I had to constantly ask what was going on when I was paying a steep bill each month for a lot of talking with the paralegal and the other attorney but no communication to me. The whole experience was disheartening at a time when you are already at a low point in your life. They sold a picture of great rainbows and unicorns in the sales pitch. Don’t believe them. It is never that way. Make sure you ask for detailed billing and look at it.
