My case was neglected. He doesn't return emails or calls once you sign a retainer. He had another attorney handle damage control after a mistake was made. He promised in person that his staff would keep me up to date on my case. He never apologized for neglecting my case. I wouldn't recommend using this firm. Mark is very skilled lawyer but he made promises he couldn't keep. I wasted my money.

I contacted Mr. Bourassa's law firm because I was having issues with my smoke detectors and the builder wasn't helping me. Mr. Bourassa's staff was very polite to me and they got me an appointment right away. I have not yet filed a law suit but Mr. Bourassa is helping me figure out what I can do to get the smoke detectors fixed. He always calls me back. I really believe he can help me.

Due to personal circumstances I ended up in debt collection. I was being harassed and my husband had me call Mark. I sent him a copy of the letter and wouldn't you know, debt was wiped, gone from my credit and I was paid $1k.
