If I knew I could have gone to the court’s customer service division like they did on my behalf and simply ask for a “demerit point reduction” fee then I would not have paid the $99 for their service. The options are shown when you log into your case online(picture attached).
It seems the firm’s practice is to automatically elect the demerit point reduction option instead of asking their client if they would prefer taking traffic school. The court’s demerit fee of $100 is much higher than just taking a $20 online traffic course.

Getting a traffic ticket is an awful experience, especially if you felt you did nothing wrong and were driving safely. Thankfully, Nevada Traffic Ticket Pro was able to present my situation in court and achieve a reasonable fine for my alleged crime. They were awesome. I hope that I never need to use them again, but would heartily recommend them to other unfortunate souls without hesitation. For a legal service, they had a surprisingly reasonable charge, and yet performed all that they promised.
